Ked's Recruiting Roundup - Morez Johnson's High School Journey Ended in Super-Sectional Championship Loss

In a hard-fought battle on Monday night, Morez Johnson's illustrious high school career with the Thornton Wildcats came to an end as they faced defeat at the hands of Peoria Richwoods with a final score of 58-52.

Despite the loss, this marked Thorton's first Sectional Championship game appearance since 2009, showcasing the impact Johnson has had on the team this year. The 6-10, 220-pound power forward, committed to Illinois, has left an indelible mark on the Illinois high school basketball scene . . .
