Last weekend was the first official period for college coaches to watch potential prospects live. The first event was in Atlanta, where Illinois two assistant coaches Chester Frazier and Tim Anderson were in attendance. Frazier and Anderson both came away impressed with Mike Lewis, a 6-foot-3, 170-pound point guard from Lakewood, Colorado – Oakland, California. The 2024 point guard made the EYBL Saturday Standout list of players who performed at a high level.
Ked caught up with Lewis to gather his thoughts on his play and what it means to get an offer from Illinois.
