CHAMPAIGN — Don’t ask new Illinois running backs coach Tyrone Wheatley what he expects to get from the oldest player in his positional room.
Wheatley isn’t sure how the 2026 campaign will work out for sixth-year running back Jordan Anderson but he’s sure he doesn’t enjoy hearing the word ‘expectations’ in early August when the first-year assistant . . .
