Chester Frazier Leaving Illinois for Assistant Coach Position at West Virginia

West Virginia first-year head coach Darian DeVries has hired away Illinois assistant coach Chester Frazier to his staff in Morgantown.

CHAMPAIGN — Chester Frazier is leaving the assistant coach position at his alma mater to join the first-year staff led by West Virginia’s new head coach Darian DeVries. 

IlliniGuys.com can confirm Frazier has agreed to end his tenure as an assistant coach to Illinois head coach Brad Underwood to become an assistant coach at West Virginia. The move comes nearly one month away from Frazier being in Champaign three . . .
