CHAMPAIGN — Entering the spring before his fourth season at Illinois, the one thing Illinois wide receivers coach Justin Stepp can guarantee is Collin Dixon is going to consistently be on the football field but it’s the where part that is still being figured out.

“Collin Dixon is an expert in everything of this offense,” Stepp said Monday in a media . . .
