Underwood: Terrence Shannon Jr. Will Not Start vs. Rutgers Sunday

Illinois head coach Brad Underwood has elected to use Terrence Shannon Jr. off the bench Sunday against Rutgers after the All-Big Ten guard missed the last six games due to his suspension.
