‘That’s what leaders do’ - How A Players-Only Meeting at Kylan Boswell’s House May Dictate Illini’s Postseason Fate

On the bus ride back to campus following the 91-88 overtime loss in the Big Ten Tournament, Kylan Boswell called a players-only meeting for Saturday at his apartment.

CHAMPAIGN — Kylan Boswell told media huddled around his United Center locker that thought the 137-mile bus ride back to Champaign would be more than interesting.

The small detail the fourth-year guard left out in that assessment was he would soon be sending out a text in the Illinois team group chat for everybody on . . .
