CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Sunday’s bout against USC was one of the largest non-Field Trip Day crowds for Illinois women’s basketball in recent history. The announced sellout played host to over 10,000, but the volume in the arena didn’t hit high levels until late in the fourth quarter of the 70-62 loss.
