Player Biography: Irene Noya Catoira, a 6-foot-3 wing from Vilagarcía de Arousa, Pontevedra, Spain, is in her sophomore season at Illinois after limited playing time as a freshman. She appeared in seven games last season, averaging 2.6 minutes, 0.6 points, 0.3 rebounds, and 0.4 assists.
