CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - The Fighting Illini women’s program has long sought to keep top in-state talent at home, especially Miss Basketball, a feat not accomplished since 1998 with Taylorville’s Allison Curtin. This year, Chicago Whitney Young guard Destiny Jackson is changing the narrative.
