Illini WBIT Championship Run Welcomes Back Confident Makira Cook

The five straight Illinois wins for a 2024 WBIT championship saw the return of a confident Makira Cook to the court where she proved she’s one of the nation’s best perimeter players.

INDIANAPOLIS --- Postseason play saw the return of a healthy, confident and rejuvenated Makira Cook.
