If you're an Illini fan (and, if you're reading this, chances are that you are), we don't need to explain further. Few programs have been "cursed" the way Illini basketball has. Who else has the scars that are results of having two significant NCAA tournament rules changed due to their team being crushed by easily correctable circumstances?
