Football Recruiting Spotlight on Griffin Rousseau

Illinois got another keeper early in the 2025 recruiting season when Griffin Rousseau of Stoughton High School in Stoughton, Wisconsin pledged to the Illini after the most recent junior day. Rousseau was one of Bart Miller's early priority targets for this recruiting season and had visited Illinois five times prior to his commitment. Rousseau is a clear and obvious standout on the field, yet never gained an offer from the home state school. Stoughton is a suburb of Madison, just 17 miles from Camp Randall Stadium, so . . .
