Ked's Recruiting Roundup: The State of Illinois Has Also Been Kind in Recruiting As Tony Balanganayi Commits

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Illinois football continues to make strides on the recruiting trail. Illini head coach Bret Bielema and his staff added another key piece to the 2026 class in Palatine  lineman Tony Balanganayi.

The 6-foot-4, 260-pound prospect committed to the Illini after weighing offers from some of the top programs in the country, including Auburn, Missouri, Iowa State, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, Michigan, Rutgers, Nebraska, and Purdue.

This past weekend, Balanganayi took his official visit to Champaign, and Illinois clearly . . .
