Nojus Indrusaitis is a 6-foot-4, 170-pound shooting guard from St. Rita High School.

Class: 2024

Why Illinois: Illinois continues to pursue wings who can shoot it consistently. During the Riverside Brookfield Shootout, star teammates James Brown and Morez Johnson didn't play as they were headed to Colorado for Junior National USA tryouts. Indrusaitis was much more aggressive in looking for his shot; he is long and appears to have grown a little more, like 6-foot-6, and added a little more weight.

Indrusaitis said in a brief statement, "I saw a lot of coaches out here watching me. Illinois was at a lot of my games; they have one of my teammates already going there (Morez Johnson) and recruiting James (Brown).

Other offers include: Butler, DePaul, Iowa, Marquette, Maryland, Missouri, and Nebraska.

Kedric’s Assessment: Indrusaitis is a different player when he is leading, he has a beautiful stroke, and he hit shots from 22-25 ft. deep all weekend. Everyone knew Nojus could shoot it with the best of them, but I wanted to see him attack going downhill. Several times he did that. He did not finish a lot but that will come with more reps. He had tip-dunks and went baseline a few times, but what really impressed me on the perimeter was turning the corner up top and trying to finish above the rim.

Player/Coaches Assessment: He was followed by several Big Ten and Big 12 coaches all weekend. Illinois head coach Brad Underwood paid close attention to detail with Indrusaitis. It is believed that Illinois will pursue him a lot harder after his performance this weekend. Getting a commitment from him this early would be great for the program.
